Cart path project has closed three holes with no timeline posted

Dues went up in April specifically for course improvements. Members deserve a published schedule and a temporary routing plan.

Timeline is now posted in the locker rooms and on the member portal. Holes 4-6 reopen August 18. Thanks for the push.
