Course representative tools
The Official Club section is clearly separated from the independent community feed. Members always see who is speaking on behalf of the club.
Representatives may
- Claim a course page
- Update official course information
- Publish official announcements
- Respond publicly to posts
- Mark an issue as being investigated
- Propose that an issue is resolved
- Flag content for independent review
Representatives may not
- Delete member posts
- Edit member posts
- Reveal anonymous user identities
- Remove criticism simply because they disagree with it
